Pack of 2 x U Channels - 45mm wide x 25.4mm x 1200mm long - Can be used as an alternative way (Method 2) to install and fit Perforated Pool Fence Panels.

Only required if panels are installed with Method 2 - ‘U Channel’ installation method - i.e. you have decided not to use the standard method of fitment using the standard Aluminium Pool Fence Brackets! 

Note: 38x25mm Perforated Pool Fence Panel Framework fits neatly inside U channels.

U Channels are fitted to posts or pillars either side of the Framed Perforated Fence Panel.

Which Installation Method?

The installation method will completely depend on your personal choice and on your design preferences.

Your builder or fence installer may also have a preference from an installation point of view.

Some people prefer the look of this method with the framework hard against the fence post, but keep in mind that this method will also make each post look more bulky.

There is also a design element and openness in the standard installation method that allows the side panel framework to be separate from the fence post that many prefer. 

BIG NOTE on U-CHANNEL INSTALLATION METHOD:

• The Finished/Framed Fence Panel length will be reduced from 2147mm to 2000mm. 
• The Top and Bottom Horizontal Rails will need to be trimmed (cut to size) from 2147mm to 2000mm
• The distance between posts will reduce from 2150mm to 2012mm.
• Posts will need to be installed precisely. 

Smaller Size Panels? Perforated Aluminium Panels and Framing can be cut down to create any smaller length panel.
