EASY-BUY Premium Perforated Aluminium Pool Fence Panel Kit including Framing: 2147mm wide x 1200mm high. (Finished size once framework is fitted).

Colour note: This product features a two tone black design! The perforated aluminium alloy panel is a very nice and durable Matt Black Texture Powder Coat and the Framework, Posts & Brackets are Satin Black.

This product is sold as a kit and requires fitment of the Framework.

Kit includes:

1 x Perforated Aluminium Sheet. - 2.5mm thick with 9mm holes. (Actual size of sheet is 1988mm long x 1188mm high - which allows for the thickness of the framework).
NOTE: Finished panel size with framework fitted will be 2147mm wide x 1200mm high (for installation method 1 - using Fence Brackets to Fit) OR 2000mm wide x 1200mm high (for installation method 2 using U Channels fitted direct to posts).

1 x Framing Kit - Kit consists of 2 x 2147mm long horizontal top and bottom rails with snap in covers + 2 x 1149mm long vertical side rails with snap in covers. Framing Rails are 38x25mm like standard Aluminium Pool Fence Panels.

1 x Perforated Fence Panel Standard Fittings Set - 4 brackets with screws - Black - Standard Install Method 1.

25 x Wafer Head Stainless Steel Screws for fitment of perforated panel to Framing Kit.

Kit does NOT include: 

• Fence posts to go between each panel.
• Pair of U Channels - This is an optional installation method (Method 2).

The full assembled width & Post Spacing: The Finished size of the Perforated Fence Panel will be 2147mm Wide x 1200 High (Allow 2150mm between Posts), (which includes the top and bottom rails continuing 75mm past the actual 'perforated panel section' on each side). This allows for easy fitment with panel fitting brackets, which is the most common installation method.

Please note: The framed 'perforated section' of the Fence Panel will be 2000mm wide x 1200mm high, but the total width of the completed fence panel will be 2147mm to suit a set out of 2150mm between fence posts.

Horizontal rails (Top and Bottom) are supplied at 2147mm which provides approximately a 75mm gap at each of the 'perforated panel section'.

Need a Smaller Size Panel? Perforated Aluminium Panels and framing can be cut down to create any smaller length panel. 

Which Installation Method should I use?

Installation method 1 is generally considered to be the easiest and the most economical, but your choice of installation method may also depend on your personal choice and on your design preferences. 

Your builder or fence installer may have a preference from an installation point of view.

Some people prefer the look of this method 2 with the framework hard against the fence post, but keep in mind that method 2 will also make each post look more bulky.

There is a design element and openness in the standard installation method (Method 1) that allows the side panel framework to be separate from the fence post, and many prefer the look and design of this method.

BIG NOTE on U-CHANNEL INSTALLATION METHOD 2: The full assembled width & Post Spacing WILL BE SMALLER: 

• The Finished/Framed Fence Panel length will be reduced from 2147mm to 2000mm.
• The Top and Bottom Horizontal Rails will need to be trimmed (cut to size) from 2147mm to 2000mm
• The distance between posts will reduce from 2150mm to 2012mm.
• Posts will need to be installed precisely.
