Verti-BARR GATE CONVERTER/ GATE-MAKER KIT - Suits 1200mm High Verti-BARR Batten Pool Safe Fence Panels - Powder Coated Pearl White - Gate Maker Kit includes a Pair of Special 50x25mm, 3mm Heavy Wall Thickness Aluminium Gate Styles/ Side Frames (left & right side styles to make 1 x gate) and includes colour matched fixing bolts/nuts, plus caps.

This 1.2m high Pearl White Gate Style Kit easily converts a standard 1.2m High Verti-BARR Batten fence panel into a custom-width side, front or pool safe gate.
Note: For pool gates because they are spring-loaded, try to keep your gate size to 1.2m wide or less.
- Easily converts standard Verti-BARR fence panels into any size pedestrian gates.
- Just cut fence panel to size (allowing at least 42mm gap each end and then slip on the special gate kit side frames.

- Add 50mm (total for a pair of 25mm wide gate styles)
- The Maximum actual gate width will be 2255mm. (2205mm + 50mm)
- The Gate opening gap between fence posts (unless you're using different gate hardware) will be 2295mm (2255mm + 40mm for Gate Hardware)
To determine the maximum gate opening sizes for single and double gate arrangements for 1.2m High Verti-BARR Panels, you can follow this equation: (unless you're using different gate hardware).
Add 40mm for hinge and latch gaps for single gates. For double gates, add 60mm for hinge sides and latch gap. The maximum gate opening size for a single gate is 2295mm (2255mm + 40mm), and for a double gate is 4570mm (2255mm + 2255mm + 60mm).
Please Note: Recommended Pool Gate Size
It is recommended to keep the gate size 1.2m wide or less. This is because the wider the gate, the harder the spring-loaded hinges will slam it shut. Some customers, however, have gone up to 1.6m wide to accommodate a ride-on mower etc., accessing their pool area. If you do need to do this, we recommend that it be an extra gate that is not used regularly.
