What are your delivery zones?

Our warehouses are located in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. To see the estimated delivery zones around these areas, view our delivery zone maps here.

Can I pay at the warehouse?

Our warehouses are non-retail warehouses. Before pickup, orders must be placed through this website (or, if you are experiencing difficulties, over the phone). Payments cannot be made at the warehouses.

I’m picking up a glass order. What is the best way for me to transport it?

If you are picking up your glass panels with your own ute or flat-top trailer, we recommend that you pay our $77 “pack on a pallet” charge (this option will show at checkout). This will ensure that your panels are packed safely for transport and will not be damaged. Otherwise, you will need to bring your own materials (we recommend blankets or cardboard) to go between each panel of glass to avoid damage.

How will my order be packed?

The packing of your order will depend on the shipping method you choose. These are outlined below:

COLLECT FROM WAREHOUSE ($0.00) - packing the order will be completely in your hands. The order will not be packed on a pallet, and securing the load and ensuring safe transport is your responsibility
BASIC PACK ON PALLET ($77.0) - your order will be strapped to a pallet, and a forklift will load the pallet your own 'Flat Top' trailer, ute or truck.
PACK FOR TRANSPORT COMPANY ($119.00) - your order will be packed, wrapped and strapped on a pallet or in a crate, ready to be collected at the warehouse. This is the most comprehensive packing option.

What areas do you service?

Residents from anywhere in Australia are able to place an order and collect it from their nearest warehouse. However, deliveries of orders are only available within a certain proximity of the warehouses. Click here to view warehouse locations and estimated regions eligible for order deliveries.

What states do you service?

We have warehouses in NSW, Victoria, Queensland, SA and WA. These are located specifically in Newcastle and Sydney (NSW), Melbourne (Victoria), Gold Coast and Brisbane (Queensland), Adelaide (SA) and Perth (WA). Can I pick up my order?

Yes, all orders are able to be picked up from your local depot. If you go to your cart and choose to “add info” under the “Shipping” section, you will be able to enter your location details. After you choose “Estimate Shipping”, you will see a “COLLECT FROM WAREHOUSE” option (usually the first option in the list). You will be able to pick up your order from the warehouse listed once your order has been processed. Please note, securing the load & safe transport of the purchase is your responsibility with this option.

I’m in regional Victoria. What are my delivery options?

Sadly, we are unable to deliver directly to your home. Your order will be sent to one of the following depots for pickup:

Regional 1 - Pack and Send to freight depot in Geelong or Ballarat for collection (1 x Pallet). $339.00
Regional 2 - Pack and Send to freight depot in Bairnsdale, Leongatha or Morwell for collection. $419.00
Regional 3 - Pack and Send to freight depot in Albury/Wodonga, Bendigo, Echuca, Horsham, Mildura, Shepparton, Wangaratta or Warrnambool for collection. $449.00

How do I go about ordering?

Ordering is done online through this website. Simply browse the online store for all your fencing needs, adding items to your cart, until you’ve found everything you want. From there, you can either proceed to checkout and purchase your order, or you can choose to save your cart and request a quote.

Can I pay at the warehouse?

What forms of payments do you accept?

There are 2 options for making your payments:

Credit/Debit Card - this will be securely processed by eWAY Australia. Simply enter your card details in checkout.
EFT or Direct Deposit Payment - bank details will be emailed to you once your order is placed. You will manually transfer your payment to the FenceGuru bank account.

How can I get a quote for my fencing needs?

Add at least 1 item of the fencing items that you need to buy (if you are confident of the quantities that you need, please add all items that you think you will need for a more accurate quote). When you view your cart, there will be an option to “Request quote & save cart”. We will then compile a quote and email that to you, and you will be able to pay by simply pressing a button on that quote.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We primarily specialise in supplying complete fence orders. However, there is no minimum order quantity, but bear in mind that there is a $16.50 handling fee per order, and therefore it is in your best interests to bundle all potential orders into 1 transaction if possible.

Where on the website do I find gates, posts and fittings to suit my fence panels?

Here’s our page with all the quick links to the main category pages that has all the items and their prices that you may need for each fence type, including panels, posts, gates and fittings.

I’ve noticed that your Woodland Grey, Primrose and Silver category does not have 1470mm extra wide gates or 3m fence panels. How can I order these?

These items are available, but need to be ordered from the Designer Colour category. Please note that these items will need to be collected separately from different locations to our main warehouses. Pickup locations for these items will be, for Brisbane and the Gold Coast - Crestmead or Brendale; for Sydney - Glendenning or Smeaton Grange; for Newcastle - Thornton; for Melbourne - Dandenong or Campbellfield; for Perth - Wangara or Bibra Lake.

PLEASE NOTE Designer Coloured items are NOT available in Adelaide.

What colours are your aluminium fence panels available in?

Our 900 and 1100mm high aluminium garden fence panels are only available in black.

For our aluminium flat top pool fence panels, we have a Black category, a Woodland Grey category, a Silver category and a Designer Colour category that includes: Monument, Surfmist, Jasper, Shale Grey, Ironstone, Dune, and Surfmist.

What type of fences and gates do you supply?

We specialise in pre-made, ready-to-go aluminium, steel and glass fencing, including glass balustrading. To buy fence or gate types, head to the homepage and see the categories on the left-hand side of the page.

Do you do custom made fencing and gates?

Yes, we manufacture custom fence panels and gates, providing they are flat and level. However, we have a minimum order quantity of 10 panels for all custom orders. If you order your standard fencing materials from us, we will put you in direct contact with a recommended manufacturer who can make special custom panels, raked/sloping panels and sliding gates that will match our panels.

If you would like a completely automated sliding gate, we recommend you do a google search for a gate automation specialist to manufacture, supply, fit and install your gate and automation system.

Do you supply sliding gates?

Sliding gates need to be custom-made to suit each situation. There are companies that specialise in supplying sliding gates and gate automation. If you would like a completely automated sliding gate, we recommend you do a google search for a gate automation specialist to manufacture, supply, fit and install your gate and automation system.

Do you do gate automation?

Gate automation must be installed by a specialist. We do not have these capabilities. If you would like a completely automated sliding gate, we recommend you do a google search for a gate automation specialist to manufacture, supply, fit and install your gate and automation system.
